Hikvision DS-2CE70DF0T-LPFS/S 2MP Smart Hybrid Light Dome CC Camera

The Hikvision DS-2CE70DF0T-LPFS/S is a 2MP Smart Hybrid Light dome camera designed for indoor and outdoor surveillance systems that use compatible HD analog recorders. Its 1920 × 1080 imaging resolution provides Full HD detail for routine monitoring of entrances, retail counters, offices, corridors, and other fixed locations. The compact dome format can be mounted on a ceiling or wall, and its fixed view is intended for a stable coverage area rather than remote pan, tilt, or zoom movement. The model uses a 2.8 mm or 3.6 mm fixed lens option, so buyers should confirm the supplied lens before installation and select the framing that suits the scene. Smart Hybrid Light combines infrared illumination and visible white light. The camera offers night illumination up to 20 metres, helping it capture a monitored area when ambient lighting is low. The choice of infrared or white light operation can be matched to the installation and the desired night image. Actual visibility depends on placement, reflectivity, weather, obstructions, and the amount of light available at the scene. It is still important to test the view at night after installation and adjust camera position where necessary. An integrated microphone supports audio capture over the coaxial connection when the connected recorder and cabling support that feature. This can add context to video at a doorway, service desk, or other permitted monitoring point. Audio recording should be configured in accordance with applicable rules and the site's privacy practices. The camera supports switchable TVI, AHD, CVI, and CVBS video output formats, allowing it to work with a range of compatible analog DVRs. Select the appropriate output standard during setup and confirm recorder compatibility before purchase. Power is supplied at 12 V DC with a stated tolerance of ±25 percent, and the listed maximum consumption is 2.9 W. Use a suitable regulated supply and account for cable length and voltage drop. Hikvision's camera is suited to a wired CCTV installation where dependable continuous monitoring matters. It is a fixed dome security camera, not a wireless network camera, and the product does not itself provide cloud storage or recording; those functions depend on the DVR and wider system. For a complete installation, position the unit to avoid direct glare, focus it on the intended area, route video and power securely, and verify both day and night images on the recorder. The precise field of view depends on lens selection and mounting distance.
